Hyperion Securitas

Capability Statement

Argento Simulations' operational C4ISR platform, delivering real-time situational awareness, multi-source intelligence aggregation and unified asset management on a 3D interactive globe. Built by military and law enforcement veterans, it runs entirely on-premise — no cloud dependency, no data egress — deployable in classified, disconnected or air-gapped environments.

Also available set in the Hyperion house style, matching the Aegis statement.

Platform Capabilities

Live Asset Tracking & Sensor Integration

Real-time asset placement on a 3D satellite globe with configurable marker types — Vehicle, Convoy, K9, Checkpoint, Military Unit and more. Sensors and cameras are registered to assets with dwell-time management and live feed ingestion.

OSINT & Multi-Source Feed Aggregation

RSS/Atom feed ingestion with keyword filtering, per-source location association and automatic polling intervals — continuously integrating news feeds, event reports and open-source intelligence directly into the operational picture.

Intelligence Summary Generation (INTSUM)

Structured INTSUM production with auto-fetched weather data, events from the target date range and analyst-authored sections — exportable to PDF in English or Japanese for dissemination to international partners.

Asset Scheduling & Tasking

Gantt-style asset calendar for creating and managing taskings, tracking approval state (Pending → Approved → Checked In → Completed) and visualizing requirement windows against available assets.

Requirements Development & Tracking

Integrated requirements lifecycle management tied to the live operational picture — capturing requirements at creation, tracking through validation and linking to tasked assets for accountability.

On-Premise AI Assessment Engine

Powered by an enclosed Ollama instance running entirely on-premise — generates AI analyst summaries and risk assessments with no cloud dependency and no data leaving the operational environment.

Evidence

The shipping build, not mock-ups. The software is real; the records in it are example data.

The INTSUM generator: type, target date, location and AO coordinates beside an export panel offering English or Japanese output
INTSUM generator

Weather for the AO and every event in the target date range are pulled in automatically; the analyst writes the sections, and the product exports in English or Japanese.

The asset schedule: a two-week grid of assets against days, with a legend for pending, approved, checked in, completed, cancelled, and requirement windows
Asset schedule

Taskings carry their approval state as they move across the calendar, and requirement windows sit on the same grid — so an unmet requirement shows up as a gap rather than as a report.

Adding an OSINT feed source: a name, an RSS or Atom feed URL, and an associated location
OSINT feed manager

Sources are registered with keyword filters and an associated location, and each carries its last poll and article count, so open-source reporting arrives already tied to where it happened.

Placing an asset on the live map: name, description, dwell time, coordinates, a sensor flag, and a marker-type list running from Vehicle to Medical Facility
Live map

Assets and events go onto the globe directly. Layers are shared or kept private per analyst, and marker type, dwell time and the sensor flag are set where the asset lives.

Key Differentiators

On-Premise, Air-Gap-Ready AI Engine

An enclosed Ollama instance runs entirely on-premise, generating analyst summaries and risk assessments with no cloud dependency and no data leaving the operational environment. Suitable for classified or SCIF-adjacent deployments.

Operator-Designed, Veteran-Led

Designed and built by operators who have used the systems Hyperion replaces — every feature traceable to a real C4ISR operational requirement, closing the gap between written specs and field reality.

SDVOSB / VOSB Set-Aside Eligible

SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business, qualifying for set-aside competitions. CAGE: 9M1W1   UEI: FG59XKRYKCW7

Deployment & Integration

An aisle of server racks in an on-premise data centre
On-Premise / Air-Gapped

Runs on standard server hardware (Windows or Linux) with no external dependencies. Supports fully disconnected deployments for classified, SCIF-adjacent or forward operating environments.

Multi-Analyst Concurrent Access

Layer-based map sharing with public/private layer visibility controls allows multiple analysts to work simultaneously on the same operational picture without conflicting edits.
